Each Hydrema machine is equipped with approximately 1.5 kilometers of wiring harnesses that connect everything from engine control and hydraulics to lights, sensors and in-cab controls. The wiring harness is the nervous system of the machine – and it takes precision and flexibility to tailor solutions that can withstand the harsh environments that Hydrema machines operate in.
From idea to finished wiring harness

When a new machine is developed, Norkab starts by producing a prototype of the wiring harness, which Hydrema tests in practice. When the final solution is approved, Norkab’s production begins, delivering uniform wiring harnesses with high quality and documentation.
