We offer prototyping in close collaboration with the customer so that the desired wiring harness can be tested and approved before the start of series production. Once the prototype is approved, our systematic documentation ensures that the product can be produced consistently and efficiently. All wiring harnesses are 100% tested to ensure high reliability and quality.
Our advanced cutting machine can cut wires to precise dimensions, print text directly on the wire and mount lugs on both ends. It handles wire dimensions from 0.25 mm² to 6 mm² and can print both black and white, making it possible to mark wires in any color. This provides great flexibility and efficiency in production.
